Dick Maigret (left) has his new member ribbon removed and is a full member of Rotary

New Rotary Club of Lockport member, Dick Maigret, shared his bio with the club on September 1st at our regular meeting. He had also completed his full member requirements. President David Greenfield removed the new member yellow ribbon from Dick's member button. Dick looks wistful while Dave appears gleeful. Dave, this is not the Navy tradition of poking a pin into the chest of new sailors crossing the Equator for the first time!
