Three levels of classes made up of Rotarians from District 7090 met at Niagara County Community College on Saturday, March 19th. Third year graduates received certificates from District Governor, Kevin Crosby (far left), including Lockport's Ellen Schratz (2nd from left) and David Greenfield (far right).
